I've been working out for a year now, and after i stopped doing martial arts (krav maga), it became hard to keep up my physique on my own. i have periods where I'm consistent, but then something happens and now i can't do 10 pushups and my legs hurt from just 5 squats. you get what I'm saying. so.. i really want working out to become my habit. bear with me. (as a person who sat down on a bench during every p.e. class)
