it’s strange to me how it’s finally the end of 2025. this year was tough for me. i kept asking myself "will i ever survive this year?" because of how hard it was to show up every day. to carry the guilt of just existing when i felt like a burden to anyone and everybody, to grieve the version of myself i never became, to hold the weight of knowing i would still wake up tomorrow even when my heart refused to. but despite how hard this year was, i am still here. i survived every single moment of this year. i may have shed countless tears and wanted to give up more times than i can admit, i am proud to say that i did not fail to live through it. to new beginnings, everyone 🤍

writing on my journal regularly makes me feel better. it helps me cope with things that i've been carrying for a while or for the longest time and it's also helping me to understand myself more. sometimes when i'm upset, instead of crashing out (i try my best not to), i would think like this: oh i feel bad and upset today, but the good thing is i can write about it later or even right now! it's just a good thing to look forward to, during good or bad days :)

i've always been curious about how humans came to be and what our purpose in this world is. is everything just a simulation? because when death comes, everything including you just ends. you simply stop existing. all those hardships dreams and hobbies will be gone and abandoned when your time comes. isn't it scary that we were once full of emotions and when the universe decided that it’s your time it all just stops?

2025 was a very unproductive year for me even though i got hooked on journaling from october to december but I WAS NOT CONSISTENT ENOUGH. so i want to work on it. my new year's resolution: • read and write more • less swearing.... • focus on self more + do more self cares • dgaf <3

I'm now sober for a year 🥹 1 year and 21 days to be exact after many triggers and tempts to do it, i am still sober. I'm so proud of myself <3

been eyeing on some "louise carmen" inspired journals but I'm hesitant to buy because i really want to save money TT this is me writing on my commonplace that's been abandoned for months and forcing myself to get back into journaling to gain some peace of mind <3
