every once in a while, i will actually put on makeup, despite the fact that i work at a literal makeup store, but i digress because i don’t even be wearing makeup to work. lately, i go out just to show people im alive since ive been gone and will be gone again for more than two months and people might think ive died. my social hour place hasn’t been hitting for me and i don’t like that very much. i like having a place to just exist and laugh and smile while also being able to journal and do what i want without having to worry about disturbing others.

a pair of black knee high leather boots is a girls best friend when she’s in her twenties. highly recommend, especially with a heel for the dominance assertion. went to honeymee for their photobooth and saw they had this spotify christmas playlist option and of course i had to choose it. i love photo booths, but damn i lose all my memory on which poses to do when i’m in there. i still always look cutie so im not worried there. before leaving, i went over to heytea and got my girl coco mango blue and this time i got their coco matcha blue and it was tasty tasty, for sure. i wish i had added sago, but next time! heytea is now my fave boba spot and i love them for reintroducing me to how good sago is.

went back to inkfamous 3 in cypress to get my tooth gems done !! inspo pics are posted and although we couldn’t get exact, idc bc it’s still cute. unfortunately, the butterfly has fallen off as i’m writing this almost a week later, but i’m going back tomorrow to get them redone. i also got permanent jewelry done for free because i volunteered to be a model for them.

after working a 2-7, i went to kristina’s place after going by heb to grab her this bouquet of flowers. i lit up a pink j on the way and it was hitting in these pictures. the egg roll was fresh and hot so yeah i had to take reaction pics. anyways love u byeeee

accidentally went to a cat cafe on my last full day in mcallen. i didn’t even get pics of the other kitties, but there was another was more plump than this one and it was a tortoiseshell kitty !! and then we had an orange with some conspicuous balls and i unfortunately can’t not tell you that. i’m sure there were more, but i only came across three on my visit.

first of all, we hate ai and i’m disappointed in spotify for being lazy and cheap and haters of our earth. second, my music taste needs to be more branched out again. i’m not surprised about the ariana since she’s been my top for the past 5 years. i promise olivia dean should’ve been on here and would’ve if the data cutoff wasn’t before november. if they’re using computers, then they don’t need to cut off so soon.

after two hours of waiting but only paying $60, i got my scapha and mid-helix on my left ear pierced since i already have my helix done on that side and my shoulder tattoo is on my left as well. i also donated toys that doubled as $10 off on my piercings !! no more hot showers for a while and it’s recommended i keep my hair up to avoid it tugging at my new holes. fortunately, i sleep better on my right side anyways since i shouldn’t sleep on my left. this’ll be an interesting ride. put on makeup today because i want to look nice for somebody and i am somebody. have i accidentally taken some off because my face gets itchy and i forgot i was wearing makeup? unfortunately, but im only human.

my second time watching it and the experience was something i’m definitely wishing on my enemies. i accidentally spent $24 on concessions that i barely made a dent in because i didn’t realize i had TWO kettle corns and they just so happened to be literal TUBS. i also got a small drink that was $5.70 because that’s what things just cost these days. it’s not even bad yet. i get to my seat and there’s a mom and daughter to my left. little girl that was def less than 10 because she was antsy as hell and threw literal tantrums. she kept asking and saying loud things during the trailers and i let it go because its trailers and she just needs to let it out before the movie. not even five minutes in and she’s already spoken out loud and we’re sitting in the literal middle of the entire theater. you would think that her mom would do something to enforce movie theater etiquette with her daughter, but nope. mom just lets her do this for truly half of the movie. to the point, i literally left the theater for a little bit because my experience was going to shit and somehow i was still sleepy and falling asleep. i walked to the car to grab my half finished large rebel drink from dutch bros and then to ikea to get hot dogs. imagine my face when i get there and the only thing they’re out of was hot dogs. and i wasn’t paying $7.50 for a cinemark hot dog. i just hit my penjamin multiple times before making my way back in to suffer. surprisingly, mom actually quieted her daughter this time and i got to cry during ‘for good’ again, for most of it, until daughter pipes back in and im unable to be in touch with my emotions again. bro i don’t even wanna think about it anymore highkey. ma’am, i don’t think a dark theater is the best place for your less than 7 year old at 2:30 pm on a tuesday for two hours when she was literally kicking the seat with her energy. i can’t.

spending a saturday at solum coffee roasters in mcallen, tx with the college roomie while she works on homework. as i am no longer a student of academia, i worked on my journal and watched people on youtube react to sabrina carpenter and olivia dean’s albums while i ate a savory pop tart and sipped my caramel and hazelnut iced breve. im so lucky to be able to experience things like this and to enjoy the beautiful life i have.
