Hey everyone Honestly, today was a bit of a marathon. I was buried in work for hours, but I actually stumbled upon some really fascinating new research that got me super excited (and slightly distracted 😅). Now that I've finally closed my laptop, I'm decompressing the best way I know how curled up with my book and blasting a new playlist. It’s the perfect way to shut my brain off after a long day. Okay, huge update: I am officially starting Bride by Ali Hazelwood today, and I need everyone to prepare themselves. I’m going in specifically for the banter. I’ve heard the flirting in this book is elite like, top-tier, kick-your-feet-in-the-air kind of flirting. I’m talking about that specific type of tension where they hate each other but also can't look away? Yeah, that. I’ve got my highlighters and pens ready to catch every single smirk, every growl, and every time the dialogue gets a little too spicy. I’m going to be annotating the best quotes the ones that make you pause and stare at the wall so if you see my stories filled with glittery hearts and dramatic red ink... just know I’m having the time of my life. I’m predicting a 5-star read, but mostly I’m just here to see how down bad this man is going to get. Who’s ready to obsess over this wolf with me?
