we had a mental health activity. a plenary talk was conducted then after that we had a breakthrough session that allows students to join and do hobbies. i joined the kite making and flying. spoiler: it didn't fly that high lmao hahajsjksjsnsnsn but i had so much fun creating the kite with my friends. also, me and tin bought our fav drink and food.

I'm experiencing separation anxiety as I write this. We attended the two-day Bicol Region Association of Psychology Students (BRAPS) Convention 2026 at the University of Saint Anthony with my friends and professors. We were able to attend seminars, join fun activities, eat good food, and explore the beautiful campus of USANT. I don't know what to say except that I had so much fun and is very excited to attend the BRAPS next year because it'll be held at Ateneo de Naga University which is a few meters away from our university <3. I have so much love for these people <3 shuttle bus baby girls!!!

Dear God, I hope me and my friends graduate together with the honors we want and also to be a Registered Psychometrician at the right time. I want myself and my peers to succeed in life <3 🔱 help us have our spark back ✨

we had a flower arrangement workshop last friday as a celebration for women's month, and this is how my bouquet turned out 💐🌺🌹☘️ i had fun with my girlies, i love them so much. everyday im reminded of how much love there is inside of me that i could give 🥺🫶🏻✨ also, i gave the bouquet to my mom because she's the strongest woman i know <3 and i love her the most 🌹✨💐💖🫶🏻
