Violet is one hell of a ragebaitor and I aspire to be like her and Neil is like the film geek which I relate to like so much I already watched more than 20 movies this year and might I say I had exams like the whole January. This is the weirdest and funniest shit i have ever watched i had so much fun istg and I love cillian murphy and lucy liu!!! And whoever said they don't like lucy liu they haven't talked to a girl their entire life that's for sure. aahhhhhhhhhh if cillian murphy is drenched and the water is dripping on me ..I'd fold right there I am jealous😭

As every year this years Oscar's nominees were a little questionable as well. why didn't I see Oscar Isaac for Frankenstein for lead actor and Paul mescal for Hamnet??? what abt homebound for best film/international film? and so many more which I can't name. but I am still excited for all of them who were nominated and they deserved it. (oscars be fangirlingover sinners, alright i get it)

As I get older, I find myself relating more and more to characters in films. I like that this movie isn’t dumb. It acknowledges that her job isn’t entirely “real,” yet it’s still a very common industry. This film stays really self aware rather than romanticizes being lonely or broke. Like I said, I relate to the characters. Lucy is calculative and judgmental, which you kind of have to be to get through life, and I see myself always evaluating people and choices to move on. John is trying to keep his passion alive, and I relate to that quiet fear of losing what you love while still needing to survive. It’s funny that I relate to people in their 30s when I’m barely 20. Also I felt the the script was written with ai for sm reason is it becoz adults are less awkward than teens?

I didn’t expect to relate to this movie as much as I did, and I definitely didn’t expect to like it, but I ended up enjoying it more than I thought. I also liked the warm setting of the film. The styling could have been better, but overall, I liked it. And I don't specifically like 'friends to lovers" but it's the most honest and real in my opinion bcoz is awkward and very human.
