This book tells the story of an ex-boyfriend who tries to turn the woman he likes away from feminism. Although short, this story contains full package of a patriarchal man's ego and toxic masculinity. Reading it will boils your head from frustration and anger. But the most interesting thing is how the author can write a character who's capable to inspire us with her assertiveness eventho shrouded in her own limitations. We can see her hesitation, her resignation, but I'm so glad she got her determination back bcs what she had to pay for that love he offered was not gonna be worth it.
