Or, How Bubble Tea Helped Save the World. Porky and Daffy grew up together on a farm with "Farmer Jim," and when he passes away, he leaves them the house. Years later, an imminent alien invasion threatens their home and the memory of "Farmer Jim" and they will have to team up with Petunia to save the world one wad of chewing gum at a time. The movie doesn't hold back and fully embraces the madness we've come to expect from them. And although, initially, I would have liked to see it in English, the Latin American Spanish dub, made in Mexico, goes even further and also lets loose with a strong dose of double entendres that makes it even more enjoyable. The Looney Tunes continue to be counterculture after all these years; unfortunately, the "sound of a bygone era" has now caught up with them, but they still make us laugh. It's important to see this movie in theaters so that distributors and studios see that there is still an audience that wants to see this. Hopefully, it will be achieved.
