It’s dramatic, emotional, poetic—everything I love. My absolute favorites are Fortnight and Down Bad. Fortnight just sets the tone so well—it’s haunting, catchy, “I love you, it’s ruining my life” lives in my forever. And Down Bad. It’s chaotic in the best way, fuck it if I can’t have him, might as well die it will make no difference —like, she’s literally spiraling and killing it. That mix of sadness and repetition? Iconic. The whole album feels like a heartbreak novel than music. It’s not just about being sad, it’s about being artfully sad. And I’m here for it.
