oooo i liked dis sequel waaaay mo than the Jim Carrey version. first, Steve Carell was in his comedic prime while Jim Carrey was kinda burnt out from Hollywood and phoning it in when these 2 movies were made. also i rly resonated with the diner scene where God was telling the Gilmore Girls wife about prayers. (or basic wish/desire granting principles) "Let me ask you something. If someone prays for patience, you think God gives them patience? Or does he give them the opportunity to be patient? If he prayed for courage, does God give him courage, or does he give him opportunities to be courageous? If someone prayed for the family to be closer, do you think God zaps them with warm fuzzy feelings, or does he give them opportunities to love each other?" ironically, my main takeaway from dis 'awareness' is that: BE CAREFUL what u wish / pray for! u never know what the universe is gonna chuck yo way if u start wishing for wealth, success, fame, popularity, blah blah etc lolll (same for phrasing wishes accurately with Aladdin's genie i suppose) the finale Ark action sequence WAS EPPPPIIICCCCC AFFFF~ one of ma all time favs. 👌
