my go-to app to avoid "doomscrolling" on tiktok and facebook. I'm also starting my commonplace journal where I write topics that I want to look back on or to just simply remember them, including essays from substack that are good for my mental health and personal growth :) I prefer this app instead of medium because the essays/articles here are completely free!
