I usually work closing shifts as management so I work from about 2 until 10:30 but i never get home until 11 and if I do get home earlier than that I find it hard to go to sleep because I feel this sense I've missed out on the day so I try to do a million things at night which is unfortunate. I also hate going to bed feeling dirty so I like to shower at night but this makes it difficult. I've tried to do better but I still find myself awake at 2 am wondering why I didn't just go to bed. I'd like to be more in tune with myself because I have found myself slipping into depression again and I know my schedule 100% has something to do with it but its difficult. I have hope though.
