I wanna make a little cake for the bookclub, so this was my first attempt of making a yellow plantain cake with cheese (i love the one that my grandmother makes, and wanna share). So, i use only one, and same amount of cheese, maybe for the Club i'll need two plantains. It wasn't as sweet as i wanted, maybe two much cheese? or add more sugar? according to my mom, my grandma doesn't add sugar, with the plantain is enough 🤔 Anyway, I'll keep this in mind for my next try.
