I usually never complain or talk about my bad mood, but I would like to keep track of how I feel and try to understand why I feel that way. For me, it's often very difficult to figure out exactly what led to the state I'm in at the moment. I'm also working on growing an extra layer of "thick skin" so that I take others' words less to heart. I actually started working on this a long time ago, so it's much easier for me now than it used to be. I no longer cry over mean jokes directed at me and can stand up for myself. I'm also gradually stopping to assume people are laughing at me if someone laughs in class. Well, or rather, I just don't care if they do laugh at me.
