This movie is actually one of the few that can keep my attention from the moment it starts until the credits roll. Every chase, cut, and movement feels carefully timed, making it almost impossible to look away. Edgar Wright builds the film around music, not as decoration, but as structure. The editing follows rhythm, the camera moves with intention, and even the action scenes feel designed rather than chaotic. It’s stylish without being shallow. Baby himself is a quiet anchor in the middle of all this motion. He’s observant, emotionally guarded, and defined by the music he listens to. This gives his character depth without relying on heavy dialogue, and it makes the film feel personal even when it’s at its loudest. It’s a movie that rewards attention — the kind you lean into rather than casually consume. Not my first watch, and probably not my last either.
