i dont think ive ever resonated with a film like i did with this one. and maybe its because my gender epiphany is still new, and also because literally the day before yesterday i revisited my childhood experiences with peers and realised how much i have been repressing and supressing, and it was no one else's doing but mine.... because i was too airheaded and scared. and this film definitely provided me with enough thought material, and i actually paused for a good half an hour and just thought, i also journaled about it... i am glad i did not watch this film in 2024 or 2025, or even a week ago. ofcourse i cannot criticise it cinematically or even on the writing and progression when in the first watch i resonated so much, so this review (??) is heavily biased
