Disclaimer It's kinda sensitive so yeh incase of avoiding deep emotions probably skip... Over the past two days, my mental health has felt a bit unstable but manageable......I’ve had moments where I felt motivated and clear about my goals, especially when thinking about my future and studies.....But there were also periods of overthinking and emotional dips where I felt slightly overwhelmed and restless.... I noticed some mood shifts — from hopeful and productive to distracted and mentally tired.... Overall, I’m not at my worst, but I’m not fully steady either. I’m in a phase of trying to regulate my thoughts and stay focused despite the noise in my head...idk if it gets over or not...I got blocked and kicked out of my friend group this week idk why but yeh I am officially friendless....life could change drastically in 356 days and this is how mine turned out...
