I've been trying this method for a while. like instead of doing big planning, write small to do lists and adjust them if something changes in your day. it wasn’t all smooth but atleast i was able to do stuffs previous week. but just today, when i saw I have something to get ready for Tuesday, i mood just changed and didnt do monday tasks. ugh.. gotta improve ig..
