Today we made chocolate marquee for mama’s birthday. We tried to make the cocoa nib praline but the sugar was like glass and was too big, like rocks, so we crushed it but it started to stab us like fiberglass so we threw it away (still have a red irritation patch of skin on my hand from it). waste of money, since I’ll never use the cocoa nibs for anything. It was really good, and mama says she likes it better than her flourless chocolate cake. We watched Hiding Out, which I made a record for. Our parents introduced us to the show Perfect Strangers which was funny and cute, and we had lamb shank with potatoes for dinner. (forgot to write this down yesterday and I forgot a lot of what happened)
