This movie hits different in a quiet way. no big drama, just real life stuff that slowly gets to you. It’s about family pain, unspoken emotions, and realizing you’re not alone. A lot of everyday life scenes make the film feel warm and super relatable. I love how the story is told from the house’s point of view. It kind of “witnesses” everything and carries all the memories. Family conflict isn’t anything new, but this angle makes it feel fresh and personal. The dad is pretty self-centered, not heartless but always absent when needed. Every scene with Nora has subtle tension underneath is just super real, kinda heavy, but very human. Nora and her dad both suffer for a long time, whether they realize it or not. When the dad sends Nora the script, it feels like he’s saying “I get you.” And when Nora accepts the role at the end, it’s like she finally faces everything instead of running away. Agnes (the younger sister) is my favorite. she’s gentle but strong. She went through a lot growing up, but now she’s the one making others feel safe.
