I really dislike this currant wave in animated movies (especially the ones where children are their target audience) where the big, and supposedly profound, message is that deep down, everyone has a good side. I feel that is necessary to bring back villains that are villains. People that deep down, are exactly what their outside shows. Putting that aspect aside, the best scenes of this movie are the ones that, notoriously, doesn’t take it self seriously. I had a lot of fun during the Animal Kingdom, Game of Thrones vibe, arc. In the end, I am happy to see that there are still people inside Disney Pixar, that want to tell fun and original stories instead of doing the 20e Toy Story Movie.
