started off my day after a long ass sleep and i’m not too mad at it. i do take double the amount of my muscle relaxer to really get me going so.. first meal of the day was banana pudding chia seeds that i had prepped the day before and ate with some assorted lightly salted nuts that i plopped right on top. i swear one day without eating them, my body was not having fun when it came to the movements, if yall know what i mean. soak them in water FIRST and i swear thats the first mistake people make that i see. then i add some milk and my greek yogurt before adding in the flavoring that i wanted and yesterday, after having coffee in mine, i missed the banana pudding flavor and wanted to go back. glory to the heads in the sky for giving my creamy coconut dr pepper finally. when i say i’ve been checking any and all apps for over a week now since i knew it would come in april, my screen time was done for. i jumped out of bed as best as i can so it was more slowly sliding myself down and off the side of the best to stand properly. i had to pick up some meds anyways from the pharmacy. anyways now my 6pack is sitting in the foot space of my passenger seat and im already debating going back for more since it’s been so long and they’re limited time.
