this ramen was amazing. I might have been hungry but the broth was just the right temperature, very thick and with a strong chicken taste. the karage was honestly very good. I ate plenty of karage in Japan and this one made great justice to the original. the only downside was the shrimp, a bit dry and not very juicy. overall the portion was perfect and I gladly ate it all up P:
