I’m tired of feeling drained and being such a perfectionist and having absolutely no self esteem 💀so of course I learned that AI…will literally just make you feel worse about yourself no matter how intelligent it sounds. please don’t use ai as a therapist 😔. I found some YouTubers. Some are…unusual. But the answer to my problems still aren’t clear. sure I know the sources of the problem…but my environment is limiting in some ways and a lot of advice just…doesn’t fit my life. I can’t wake up early and do “deep work.” All this schoolwork and computer work just leaves me feeling drained and stressed and irritable. I’m still scared of life despite knowings that’s illogical. Fear prevents nothing but happiness. but no matter how much I *know* I don’t seem to *feel*. This continues to be a problem. Maybe one day I’ll find my solution to feeling better.
