my friend sent me a video of high protein bread that you can make and guess what were the ingredients tuna and egg?? I decided to try and hope for the best, I lost the video recipe tho and I didnt know to add one egg or two, in the end I used two and put it in the microwave
It looked like bread for some reason fascinating tbh, I put left over shrimps with other things and ate the taste was bread like and the texture but the only thing I didnt like is the smell of tuna but I added shrimps so its possibly from that two, might do it again but only eat it at home.
ended up with total 639 cal and 69g of protein crazyyyyy i love it
