here's my blog about some recent workouts and excersises I did for achieving my dream body (some workouts actually worked on my body ❤️)
plank for 1/2 mins
Jumping jacks 30 times (you can do it less or more too)
20 Squats
40 russian twists
40 hips dips
50 heel touches
40 bicycles
SOME TIPS:- if you feel like burning out while doing all this take some rest and gap, after every exercise take 2 mins of rest (it's important) or else you'll end up getting cramps
