Indian dessert made from carrots, also called gajar ka halwa. Tried making it myself, mom helped me with it. So tasty~
•Boil the amount of carrots you want
•Smash them and stir them in butter or ghee
•Clove and cardamom adds more flavor, optional
•Add milk and sugar, and stir until its pastey
•Add nuts and raisin, or any dry fruit, sweets to garnish
•Serve room temperature :)
