first of all, why did i once again get baited by the cute art style and good reviews aka one of the most liked anime on netflix .
the other time i got baited this bad was when one of my exes told me to watch made in abyss and i happily did because i found the art style cute and i liked the main charas then BOOM everything went to shit 😭😭😭😭😭😭 if you value your mental health don't watch this BSHDHFKEHF
this anime hurt me so bad that in the climax scene in the last few eps i genuinely had to stop watching for almost half a day to breathe and calm down bc i was about to have a panic attack + mental breakdown ... sooo much triggering content in this anime like pls pls pls at least read the content warnings first if you wanna watch ! the story was really interesting though and a bunch of plot twists that i didn't expect at all, some of em rly make you gasp
there was a point in the anime where i was genuinely like wow ok fuck everybody then all of u guys suck AHHAJWHDJH
but i think that just goes to show that no one's perfect and we're all products of our upbringing, kids especially don't know any better yet because they're still young and learning about what's right and what's wrong
i personally loved takopi so much not just because he looks SOOOO adorable but he really was just trying to help, in his own little Takopi ways :c i related to him so much especially in the climax scene, which was why i was so close to disintegrating on the spot 😭
rating would've been higher if i didn't give me so much mental damage and chest pains but i think for people who are into dramas with heavy stories you'll like this !
