The 2010's books that defined my teenhood. Loved the concept, characters and stakes. Plenty of swoonworthy moments. Never was a fan of love triangles and this series is a good example of why. Otherwise, wonderful series!

Yes I know it's that book BUT.. It's so wholesome and humorous, it's everything a romcom should be. It does an incredible job at showing what a healthy relationship with amazing communication is. And those scenes tho 👀

One thing I never knew I needed was historical fiction, and Fae. And it is EVERYTHING. The perfect mix of Bridgerton and The Selection. Was worried about a slow start but picked up when it needed to. Loved the depth in the character POV's, though I can understand if it's too much for someone. For me though, it was perfect. I loved learning about the girls ✨️ And that twist at the end?? Girl 👀

This gorgeous book gives you a feeling of enchantment, hope and wonder. Even in the face of a war dictated by Gods. The perfect mix of myth, magic, war, romance and yearning - You don't want to pass up reading this masterpiece. The romance between Iris and Roman is everything and the amount of yearning is perfect, and not too quick 🩷 Can you tell I'm not the best at writing reviews? Might be the headache talking but I legit just finished this book and I'm drawing a hard blank. Might come back to this and rewrite if it bothers me that badly.
