made me fall in love with volleyball! love each individual team and all of their different views on sports and life in general! i’m very biased but i think there’s not a single bad episode i love it so much (watched a long time ago j adding it now)

I WISH IT WAS FREAKING LONGER!!! otherwise super cute super enjoyable no qualms!!

super super cute just wish it was longer!! like the first season had GREAT foundation but i wanna see it keep goingggg

I WISH WE HAD A SEASON TWO!! WHEN THEY SAID YURI THEY MEANT YAOI

i needed therapy after this one

no notes. had me crying sobbing screaming laughing loving and tweaking. not a single character i don’t love cause they’re all crafted so well. as a psychology major this show was my actual favorite thing to analyze to the atom!

sometimes i locked out from the plot but otherwise the dynamic between vanitas and noe (and then their individual secrets they be keeping from us) gave me so so so much life

each arc was so good even though it lowkey took me a second to understand the power system

i LOVE sports anime’s and this one is NO different! a little too fantastical to be realistic but nonetheless i love it

lwk i was a teeny tiny bit bored at the beginning (but maybe its cause i kinda guessed how the intro was going to play out rather quickly) BUT ITS GOT GREAT SET UP AND IT GETS HELLA INTERESTING ONCE THEY ENTER THE MOUNTAINS!!! characters were super good and meeting the hashira and michael jackson got me HOOKED

ABSOLUTE CINEMA!!! such the right amount of magic plot that isn’t too much that it takes away from the main plot but also not too little that it’s like “why even there??” i’m in love with the characters and the plot it’s so beautiful and they do such a good job of wrapping it up neatly in the 12 episodes allotted

ep1: good set up im immediately intrigued with all the varying plot points and want to go back and rewatch that first weird mountain scene!! lowkey not enough exposition but i think thats what makes it a good hook episode bc i dont know JACK ep12: pls give me another one pls let me rewatch this show over again oh my goodness tha mount of love depicte din this show the slow burn being set up just absolutely kills me “im a monster. im selfish”
