I'm finally working on a map for one of my bigger writing projects! I started out by drawing it physically (using popcorn kernels to help make the shape of the land more random/natural). I then used my mom's printer to scan it piece by piece before putting it together digitally. Now I can plan locations and stuff without potentially messing up the map! :D

I finished my brother's birthday card! I used a tutorial on Pinterest to make it which I swear took YEARS off my life because I was having such a hard time lol. He liked it though, so it's worth it :)

I made diy keychains based on Jesse and Jude from the fic True North! I used shrinky dink plastic for the charms and I think they turned out pretty good considering I haven't used it in a while. I love how they turned out, they're such cutie patooties <3 I had to draw them larger since it shrinks when you bake it, but I actually don't mind because I prefer drawing on a larger scale. I had trouble cutting them out so there's a few areas where the plastic broke, though it isn't too visible in the final product :D

I don't have much to post about today since I've spent the day making my dad's birthday card. I've also continued reading Passerine and just finished reading chapter four and almost cried 🫠

I've been spending the last few days making my dad's birthday card and I think it turned out alright. I wanted to do something different for the inside, but didn't have the time or motivation. I forgot to take a picture but I also made a psyduck keychain for him

My sibling is graduating this month, so I'm making an "exploding/unfolding box" as a gift :D Because of it's size, I've had to stand most of the day when working on it, so now my back hurts :'( I plan on gluing candy to the inside walls and maybe adding some art and memes too. I also need to make sure I'm working on a mother's day card AND a graduation card too 🫠 I'm lowkey worried I won't finish all of this in time, but I'm trying to be optimistic about it

The card I made for my mom! I really liked how it turned out am proud to say what I wrote made her tear up a little bit 😎 I made it say Chapter 21 because that's how long she's been a mom

I had lots of fun making this, though it didn't turn out exactly how I wanted it to. Unfortunately I didn't get any close up photos before my brother took it apart 🥲 BUT, I could tell he really liked it :D
