hangout dump ✨ had to wait on a list because the seating area was full u___u AND we waited in the outdoor area and that was HOT 😩. the layout inside is spacious and the ergonomics/traffic flow actually make sense :P love the seating variety too. food-wise? honestly kinda mid. the fries (truffle or regular? idk i forgot lol) carried though—the portion was massive and literally never-ending. and one of my friend ordered— IM FORGOT THE NAME actually it's on my taste yummy ((also my friend said the same)) ONLY DOWNSIDE is that when it’s packed, it gets SO loud. had to scream-talk to my friends the whole time 😭 swift service though, the waiters always ready to help us and the food didnt take a long at all.

haidilao birthday edition let’s gooo 🎁🎉🎉 first of all, their SERVICE is actually unmatched 🤩 they’re so humble, sweet, and always ready to lend a hand 🎖🎖 i brought my parents there for their first time and didn't even mention why i picked it, but post-lunch they literally couldn't stop hyping up the staff #madrespect 🫡🫡 naturally, the food slapped too!! the shrimp paste, pork blade shoulder, and US shortplate are total must-orders, and the three delicacy + spicy mala broths are just chef’s kiss 😙 🍲🥓🥩🥬

Okay I tried a different dish at Beatrice Quarters, since I usually order they goulash u_____u I wanted a different food for today's dinner. It was quite good... I give it only 4 stars because it wasn't spicy.. SORRY BUT like we all know.. carbonara is supposed to be creamy so it doesnt suit my appetite– i like something spicy and umami u___u OKAY SORRY IM NOT GOOD AT DESCRIBING FOOD but yeah smth like that.... 😩😩

​my favorite food to eat after church—AND I DON'T KNOW BUT that bakmi-after-church habit is literally everyone's sunday must-have :3 this one is bakmi alung, one of the favorites for jakbar peeps (especially in grogol!). ALSO on that same street, there are other bakmi places that are all owned by the same family and have the exact same style: bakmi karet with chopped chicken. out of all those family bakmi spots, my favorite is alung because the broth is the tastiest and the chili isn't too sour. and PLEASE add pepper, fried garlic, and idk what it’s called... it tastes like a mix of salt and pepper but it makes the bakmi so much more delicious. crying because typing this just made me crave it again lol u__u

my favorite sushi-to-go !! yum yum been craving for sushiro for 2 weeks straight dayummmm. if you love traditional sushi instead of the fusion ones, this is your sign to go. they have everything from nigiri, maki, sashimi, ramen and side dishes. i'm a huge salmon and tuna lover so i ordered a bunch of nigiri. hype dictates that salmon cheese basil is the best but i don't really fancy that 🫤 please try the aburi salmon cheese and salmon yukke onsen tamago instead (didn't take a photo oops) AND THE EGGPLANT SUSHI u guys need to give it a shot! the eggplant is kinda like it's cooked with teriyaki sauce, idk if it's true or not lol i just guessing it. the price is still within my budget ((the most important part 😂))

As always, bakmi for breakfast! 😭 I honestly love bakmi so much. I get breakfast here near my condo on the weekend sometimes because it’s still affordable and fits my appetite perfectly. ​The Bakmi Bangka stall also sells pempek, but instead of traditional cuko, they mix it with tauco sambal and another kind of sambal (forgot the name! it's sambal cabai merah if im not mistaken). The pempek photo almost looks like garlic cloves, but THAT’S THE ONE I WAS TALKING ABOUT. It already comes sliced up 🍜🥢🥟

Craving Bakmi Asui for breakfast, but I made a super late decision and arrived at 9:30 AM. Naturally, it was packed, so I had to get on the waitlist and ended up table-sharing with a stranger 😬. ​Fast forward: he finishes first AND paid my bill on his way out?!
