One of my favourite sets I've ever done... reminds me of sea coral somehow.

I've been making croissants since 8:00 am today and NOW is when I'm getting to the final rolling stage... it's 2:00 pm.🥲 Update: it's now 3:00 pm and I have an ARMY of croissants that have to rest for two hours. Final update: it's... 7:00 pm. The battle has been won. 30 croissants, successfully made.🎊
