makeshift coconut americano, cc: @ry 😋 coconut water & ice tas bumili nalang double espresso try ko next time with risretto and then nescafe gold XD at first sip i thought baka magustuhan ko if sweeter pero nag-adjust naman taste buds ko and nagets ko na after a couple of sips kala ko di ko magugustuhan yung coconut water aftertaste but i did! and feel ko hahanapin ko na siya when i want unsweetened iced americano ulit but i also think na hindi ko siya magugustuhan anywhere else than if i make it kasi particular ako with my coconut water XD

remind me never na ulit pagsabayin barbell and leg press progressions cuz di na gumagana quads ko 😭 kusa nalang bumibigay na parang ~i get so weak in the knees~ help me 😭😭
