One of the best comedy shows out right now, possibly even one of the best shows out right now.
Peacemaker takes a troubled and broken character and makes him into a hero. Season 1 is about Peacemaker, AKA Chris, trying to rid himself of his past and prove to the world hes a hero, no matter the cost. Along the way, Chris learns of his traumas that have plagued him all his life but he refused to see, and that leads into season 2, which shows Chris this time fighting his demons and growing along the way. Side characters like Ads or Vigilante or even Economos quickly become main characters and you become emotionally attached to their arcs too, all of them culminate around Chris's story.
A great comedy shows that pulls you along with the drama filled story. One of the best adaptations, and an incredible stand alone show.
