queer cult classic for a reason! it was hilarious! meryl streep is a goddess! loved the ending! and i do understand love triangles but two beautiful and successful ladies fighting over SUCH man!? unfortunately quite realistic…. though i too would marry someone who could change my face (a plastic surgeon) also that scene where mads was in bed with all those contraptions in her face, with the goal of emphasizing her vanity and excessive pursuit of youthful beauty, and the realization that now it’s such a normal sight among women and girls sa social media using those things to look pretty hit me straight in the guts
