No me he leído el libro,no sé que tanto difiere de la película,pero nunca me he sentido a la vez tan incómodo y a la vez tan emocionado viendo una película. Es justo como me imagino la atmósfera de un libro de Dostoievski,tan atrapante y a la vez tan silenciosa e incomoda. La cinematográfia es espectacular,los planos son increíblemente buenos y entre más avanzaba más odiaba a James (del cual no sé si en el libro tenga otro nombre). Simon es una persona extremadamente manipulable y por ello James se aprovecha de el,pero aún así me duele ver cómo James arruinó tanto la vida de Simon (a pesar de que son la misma persona). Simon siendo Pinocho es una increíble perspectiva,a decir verdad. //Oh boy, I haven't read the book, so I don't know how much it differs from the film, but I’ve never felt simultaneously so uncomfortable and so thrilled while watching a movie. It is exactly how I imagine the atmosphere of a Dostoevsky novel—so gripping, yet so quiet and unsettling. The cinematography is spectacular, the shots are incredibly well-crafted, and the further the story progressed, the more I loathed James (though I’m not sure if he goes by a different name in the book). Simon is an extremely manipulable person, which is why James takes advantage of him; even so, it’s painful to see how James ruined Simon’s life (despite the fact that they are the same person). To be honest, the idea of Simon as Pinocchio is a fascinating perspective.
