my first time having curry rice >< ! made this for myself & lil’ bro for lunch when our apartment randomly ran out of water supply :P thank fuck my grandpa had boiled a buncha water this morning but didn’t get to use it so i could wash rice, veggies & actually cook lol. i didn’t have any meat so unfortunate no tonkatsu, had to substitute the protein with folded eggs :D it was a little less salty & spicy than i intended so i’ll add a little more spices next time. yummy yummy yay (๑>◡<๑) also i have chinese lessons tonight so fml -
