i really liked it. it was a simple take on strawberry cake. unlike other strawberry cakes, it didn’t really have much actual strawberries in between layers, but instead it had strawberry filling/cream, which had the strawberries already mixed and mashed into it. despite this, it was still very good and tasted fresh. if you’re not a big fan of the different textures in food, you’ll like this. the cream frosting also held up really well (look at that perfect cut). i wish the serving size was a bit bigger though. not sure if they sell a whole cake version, but i hope they do because it’d be great as a birthday cake.
