this museum is HUGEEEE!! 100,000 sqft with historical wing. I was so honored to be guided by the President of the museum, Prof. Sean O’Harrow, during my visit (it was work visit lol) this museum houses over 20,000 cultural and historical artifacts mainly from the Pacific Islands, Mexican and California. they also hold over 1,000 artifacts from Indonesia 🇮🇩 includes textiles and paintings. fun fact; the dog in the pictures appear so chubby/fat, Prof. Sean informed me smth that he rarely tells the visitors that the dogs during that time are fat because they’re meant to be eaten 😭😭 i would really like to go back to this museum again once theyre done rearranging some collection :)
