Played both of these board games for the first time. One’s called "Ike". You basically play as the head of a family in Edo-period Japan? and your mission is to build shops, build buildings, and collect items. The twist is so fun: you gotta avoid fires for the shops you already bought, and you also have to pay your workers with rice that you have to collect 😭 and many moreee The other one is called "Adulthood". This game is hilarious. It’s literally about “learning how to be an adult” or like, a life simulator. You have to be careful with how you invest your time and energy etc. for work, finding a partner, finding a community, or just other life missions. And the art is SO pretty, it gives total American comic vibes. Even though I lost both games lol. Biggest loser fr because I came 4th out of 4 players in BOTH of them🤣 But I enjoyed it so much idk why, it was that fun. And look how pretty the overall board games are???
