ㅤㅤ٠࣪⭑ what a mouthful of a sandwich name. i have had a growing craving for those cucumber tea sandwiches lately which is funny because i've never even had one before. i finally caved on this craving today but then on my hunt to find a good recipe for how people make the cream cheese spread i ended up finding a recipe from one of my favorite chefs on the internet with a wildly different vibe from what i originally was going for but ended up being so much better. ㅤ┈ᯓ𖹭 https://share.google/wOSdLhjialtkdvlOM ㅤㅤㅤ i didn't follow this recipe exactly because i ended up using the aquafaba from the chickpeas to try my hand at vegan meringue (currently in the oven as i write this) so i got too lazy to make the cucumber salad part, hence the rating. so we Will be trying this again, maybe next weekend. this tastes like cold spicy peanut noodles in sandwich form it's sooooooo yummy. it would be the perfect sandwich to eat on a hot day, maybe i'll have to take it on a hike next time.
