i don't know what's wrong with my mom today.. (she avoided me eventhough i didn't do anything). i mean.. i am okay if i had any mistakes, but please communicate them to me.. i tried to act like usual around her at first, but her reaction was still cold (only to me?) :( so i kept my distance & tried to stay quiet.. i am bad at handling rejections & can be impulsive at times.. so.. what happened today was quite stressful to me.. at least i tried my best to not hurt myself (i've been in therapy for more than a year and i am getting better now.. don't worry). then at the evening, i went out with my family........ i acted like usual & my mom played along too..? (now she's talking to me like usual again as if there was nothing happened before e__e she confused me somehow..) by the time i am writing this daily log, i am slowly making peace with what i feel.. instead of blaming myself, i can reframe it as my mom's problem because she's the one who doesn't be assertive with her feelings (scratches head).. moreover, we can't control people's perception about us.. jadi yaudah aja mau gimana lagi ya.. mari hentikan pusing2nya.. hari ini sy main game lg (nangis2 main game).. just downloaded P5 thanks to steam summer sale,,,
