no photos but a few days ago my mom bought a pack of oats and I've been eating them for breakfast almost everyday... oats are SO yum if you know what kind of flavours you like!!! i tried making oats on my own today and it turned out awesome so here's my "measure with your heart" ahh recipe xD ingredients: - oats (i used yu oats, that's the same brand whose chilli oil i have also been in love with) - cocoa powder - sugar - milk - water - cinnamon powder - peanut butter (i used the smooth kind that's sugar free but i think crunchy peanut butter would go awesome with this too) steps: - take three spoons of oats (yes that's enough for a full breakfast because mine is protein packed and proteins help you fill full) in a saucer/deep dish/i actually don't know what to call it and add enough water to soak the oats - put it over medium flame and cook until it becomes like a paste (i had to add some more water to mine later cuz i used too high heat sob) - add sugar to taste (i think i might've taken two tablespoons or a little less than that) - add cocoa powder until you get the desired colour (i wanted mine to taste very cocoa-y so i added like a tablespoon, don't underestimate cocoa powder guys) - add a bit of cinnamon powder (i...lowk don't know the taste so i just yolo-ed the measurements for the cinnamon powder) - add a bit of peanut butter (i wanted to add more but my peanut butter jar was almost empty so i only managed to put like a teaspoon) - mix it all up and then add milk! add milk until you get your desired texture. the reason i did this last is so that the cocoa powder gets dissolved and doesn't feel grainy/powdery when you eat (and also because i forgot to do it earlier...haha...) and that's my recipe!! if you guys try it lmk how it goes~~
