despite being together for about 2½ years, we hadn't gone swimming together yet. today, we finally went swimming in a pool together. it was relaxing. not too much sun, not too much shade. mild water temp. keeping each other's company and splashing water at each other and generally being silly. a complete day, full of contentment.
