started the baking early this time just to see if they would come out good on the new oven and they did!!! im so happy! i will be making more on thursday probably, for the ofrenda, with the one tweak of adding more orange zest but really i couldn't be more satisfied with the result. the days of fighting the oven are #over 🥳
