so good! one of my favorite things i've baked so far. the cinnamon flavor really stands out which i love. not super sweet at all (i adjusted the sugar, butter amount). when i finished baking, i ate a slice right out out the oven and it was really dry so i was disappointed at first... but the next day the loaf was moist, dense, and the texture settled so well. + i also made some cream cheese frosting which paired well with it. not a hard recipe at all, so i recommend anyone to try it! it feels like the perfect fall dessert. 🍁 link to recipe: https://www.thepalatablelife.com/carrot-cake-loaf-with-brown-butter-cream-cheese-frosting/
