I haven't made an entry in a few days since I am not at my best... yesterday was the first part (written) of my chemistry exam and it consistent of two tests: stop test (multiple choice questions) and if you get at least 21/35 you continue to the second test (essay questions) consisting of 8 questions that you have to give explanations on everything. all together nerves wracking and hard since both are done on the computer. don't ask me how we write the chemical compounds on keyboards; it's all a shitshow. tomorrow is my spoken exam and I still don't know if I passed my written part. they tell you in front of everyone if you will be continuing to the spoken part. and to be quite frank, I don't know if I'll even pass since the way they grade is a complete mystery. students say that you need to have at least 70% to have a passing grade (basically a D...) I'm pretty sure I'll have to retake this fucking exam next month (a day before I fly off to fucking China...) or last chance during September. I'm just so disappointed since I've spent SO MUCH time preparing and for the chemistry department to play with the students.
