this is the first musical I've ever watched voluntarily (excluding mama Mia) and it was really nice, but I don't really think the musical genre is for me personally. I love all the actors and the non linear format of the film was really cool! I also really connected with the theme of the film, it made me feel both hopeful and nervous about the future of art. the visuals and cinematography were amazing, totally hit the nail on the head. also finding out that this was a real story was devastating. I'd probably love it a lot if I was familiar with the musical genre!
