heheh finally tried jimin's gochujang stew recipe from ays for lunch <3 the weather's quite cold here so it was perfect. the stew kinda looks nonexistent in the bowl lmfao but hey it was so good! oh btw i followed this recipe here: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DSxGMh3j7jp but i don't have doenjang paste or even miso paste so i only added the gochujang paste. i thought since i use firm tofu instead of silken tofu here, it wouldn't taste that different w/o the doenjang paste. also i don't like zucchini (sorry 💔) so i used carrot instead. and i'm a #brokegirlie so i didn't use any meats. i only had frozen eomuk so whatever. i just threw it in.
